We’re looking for a sharp, proactive, and detail-obsessed Brand Marketing Associate to join our growing brand team. What You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Living and breathing AI—constantly learning new tools and actively using AI to speed up execution, automate tasks, and elevate creativity.
- Working directly with founders to translate strategic vision into high-quality, engaging content across social media.
- Being a content creator—whether it’s behind the scenes or in front of the camera, you’re excited to experiment and create.
- Managing brand social handles: planning calendars, writing copy, ensuring sharp tonality, and maintaining visual consistency.
- Managing multiple work streams and ensuring on-time, high-quality output across assets and channels.
- Owning social listening—tracking brand mentions, consumer conversations, and emerging cultural trends to inform brand strategy and content.
- Collaborating with content, design, performance, product, and agency teams to align on vision and output —- yes, multitasking is real here.
- Ensuring all communication reflects our brand tone, voice, and visual identity—consistently and accurately.
- Owning and managing brand social media handles—planning calendars, writing sharp copy, and ensuring consistent brand tone.
- Actively learning new tools (yes, even AI!) and sharing ideas to improve processes, creativity, and efficiency.
- Bringing ideas that challenge the norm and helping push innovation within the brand.
Who You Are:
- Must Have - done AI driven projects or campaigns (in content creation/creative marketing) in the past.
- 1–2 years of experience in brand marketing, content, or communication roles (agency or brand side).
- Educational background in branding, marketing, design, or communications is a plus.
- Strong multitasker with an eye for detail—you don’t let things slip.
- Curious by nature—you’re always learning, experimenting, exploring.
- Up to date with social media trends, pop culture, creator economy, and digital innovations.
- Proactive and opinionated—in the best way. You speak up, contribute, and care about doing things right.
- Reliable, responsible, and excited by ownership.
