The ideal candidate will have a strong background in e-commerce, with proven expertise in managing and growing online sales platforms. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent analytical skills and the ability to execute campaigns that drive revenue growth and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and enhance brand presence on Amazon and Nykaa.
- Manage product listings, including optimization of titles, descriptions, images, and keywords to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, market trends, and competitor activity to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
Campaign and Promotion Management:
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including discounts, deals, and advertising to drive traffic and sales.
- Coordinate with marketing teams to create and launch effective advertising strategies (e.g., Amazon PPC, Nykaa Sponsored Ads).
- Inventory and Order Management:
- Oversee inventory levels and ensure stock availability to prevent outages and maximize sales.
- Manage order fulfillment processes, including coordination with logistics and customer service teams to resolve any issues promptly.
Performance Analysis:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) such as sales volume, conversion rates, and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Prepare regular reports on performance, including actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including product development, marketing, and logistics to align e-commerce strategies with overall business goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with Amazon and Nykaa account managers to leverage platform features and resolve any issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, E-commerce, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience managing e-commerce platforms, specifically Amazon and Nykaa.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce strategies, SEO, SEM, and online marketing.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Amazon Seller Central, Nykaa Seller Dashboard).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other e-commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra) is a plus.
Familiarity with tools for managing and optimizing online ads and promotions.
Knowledge of current trends and best practices in e-commerce and digital marketing
