We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Manager specializing in Creative & Copy. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional creative writing skills, with a knack for crafting persuasive short format scripts and engaging ad copies.

What you will do -

While 60% of the time will be spent writing copies and creating ads, 40% of the time will be spent strategizing and planning.

  • Marrying Creativity + Execution
  • Creative: copywriting for ads, scripting, production - 60%
  • Strategy: product launches, and sale campaigns (start to end including ideation, planning, and working with the team for execution) - 25%
  • Analysis: Impact of all activities on business (trials) and awareness (brand searches, kw growth etc) -15%

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative & Copywriting: Develop compelling and persuasive short format scripts for videos in Hinglish, English, and Hindi. Craft engaging copy for static ads that capture the essence of our brand and resonate with our target audience.
  • Collaboration with Creative Teams: Work closely with videographers, editors, and other creative professionals to produce video ads that are in sync with our brand guidelines and objectives.
  • Data-Driven Improvement: Leverage insights and data to continuously refine and enhance the performance of our video ads. Implement strategies based on data analysis to achieve better engagement and results.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in creating video ads, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.
  • Excellent creative writing and content-making skills.
  • Ability to write persuasive and engaging scripts for short format videos in Hinglish, English, and Hindi.
  • Understanding of video production processes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data and insights to improve content performance.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
