About the role:
We are looking for a Strategic Programs associate to support with MOSAIC, one of the most ambitious Owkin initiatives. This initiative aims at exploring the next frontier of oncology research through collaboration with top-tier institutes across Europe and the USA.
For this role, you’ll support the Global Program Manager and his Strategic Programs Managers in managing all the supply chain, the financial flows and the communication of the program while documenting and structuring recent experience into shareable format and medium.
You will coordinate important activities internally and externally and support analysis on key topics. This role will give you direct exposure to Executive Committee members and senior members of Owkin and Top-tier research institutions.

You will work with very different profiles: researchers, business developers, medical doctors, lawyers, etc.
In particular, you will:
Ensure end-to-end monitoring of MOSAIC supply chain across all 5 external partners:
- Develop, maintain and improve monitoring tools
- Design and implement streamlined processes to ensure data generation
- Coordinate with local teams at our Partners and with Owkin Finance Team
- Be the point of reference for all logistics and supply chain reporting needs
- Ensure budget monitoring and improvement:
- Regularly monitor actuals vs. budget, anticipating risks and mitigation strategies
- Support budget reviews and improvements
- Create impactful content to communicate key financial updates at Leadership Level
- Perform comparative analysis to ensure data-driven decision making
Ensure proper MOSAIC communication within Owkin
- Work closely with Business Development to support commercial efforts on MOSAIC
- Create newsletters for internal / external needs, coordinating with key stakeholders
- Lead MOSAIC internal reporting and knowledge-sharing initiatives
- Generalize MOSAIC learnings and deliver them in shareable formats
Position is based in our Paris office.

About you
Required qualifications / experience:
- Business or Engineering school
- Strong analytical skills
- Hands-on approach, getting things done fast
- Good knowledge of corporate finance concepts
- Ability to work with different teams
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Strong interpersonal skills and attention to details
- Ability to multi-task
- Fluent in English
- Excel and GoogleSheet proficiency
Preferred qualifications/bonus:
- Previous experience in biology, medical sector and/or AI
- Previous experience in supply chain and logistics management
