What you will do:

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic-minded Senior HR Business Partner for our Global Go-to-Market teams to join our People & Talent team in Denver. As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will play a critical role in partnering with business leaders and managers to drive HR initiatives, provide strategic guidance, and ensure the alignment of HR practices with organizational goals. This position offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's success by leveraging your extensive HR knowledge and leadership skills.

As Senior HR Business Partner, you will join the Talent Enablement team and will be reporting to our Director of Talent Enablement. The Talent Enablement team is currently a team of 6, providing white glove service to almost 650 team members spread across the world. We take pride in our contributions to the company's objectives by building high-performing teams, leveraging robust people data to support our scaling efforts, and implementing a variety of programs to foster an inclusive company culture. Our work is essential to driving the success and growth of our organization, ensuring every team member can thrive and excel.

This is a global role in a constantly evolving environment. As a company with big ambitions, this position is critical, placing you at the forefront of the business, supporting all GTM roles. We seek a strong, diplomatic yet direct communicator who excels in building partnerships at executive & leadership level and can effectively execute their strategy. To succeed as an HR Business Partner, you must possess exceptional business acumen, enabling you to navigate and influence our fast-paced and ambitious organization.

Where you will have impact:

Strategic HR Partnership:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to business leaders, providing expert guidance on all HR-related matters.
  • Collaborate closely with senior management to align people strategies and plans with organizational goals and support the overall business strategy, growth and talent development.
  • Ensure your department is aligned on all HR domains, you are in the driver seat for making sure clear lines of collaboration are established with Talent Acquisition and People Operations.

HR Strategy, Design and Planning:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of HR strategies, policies, and programs that drive employee engagement, retention, talent management, performance improvement, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Provide thought leadership on organizational design, workforce planning, and succession planning to enhance team effectiveness.
  • Participate in long-term HR planning and provide insights on industry trends and best practices.

Talent Management & Development:

  • Lead talent management initiatives, including workforce planning, succession planning, and talent acquisition strategies. Work closely with managers to identify talent gaps, develop career paths, and implement strategies to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Champion a positive and inclusive work environment, focusing on employee engagement, satisfaction, and well-being.
  • Identify opportunities for learning and development initiatives that enhance technical and leadership skills within the department.

Organizational Development and Change Management:

  • Drive organizational development efforts to enhance team performance, productivity, and employee satisfaction within your department.
  • Lead change management initiatives in partnership with department leadership, ensuring effective communication and engagement throughout the change process. Align best practices with other HR Business Partners.

Employee Relations:

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, conflict resolution, and employee relations matters.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on employee relations issues, performance management, and disciplinary actions.

Performance Management:

  • Drive performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and feedback, to foster continuous improvement and professional growth.

HR Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decision-making and provide insights to management.
  • Develop and analyze HR reports, dashboards, and metrics related to employee engagement, turnover, diversity, and other key HR indicators.

Who you are:

  • Demonstrated experience in an HR business partner or HR Manager role for larger, global teams.
  • Experience working in a technology-driven or SaaS environment is highly desirable.
  • Experience working with Sales, Account Management or Marketing teams is highly desirable.
  • Keenness and quickness in understanding and dealing with business risks or opportunities and experience in working with business leaders on various workforce strategies to mitigate risk and seize opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in leading talent management initiatives, such as workforce planning, succession planning, leadership enablement and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex employee relations situations.
  • Ability to challenge constructively and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership and take initiative based on ideas, discussions, feedback, etc.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, displaying exceptional resilience in the face of challenges and setbacks.
  • Demonstrated capacity to adapt to change, maintain a positive attitude, and effectively navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and data analytics tools is preferred.

In addition to benefits and other Lighthouse total rewards, the annual salary for this role is $100,000 - $125,000. We benchmark our salary ranges for new hires in relation to the role, level, and role location; however, we consider a multitude of factors, to include relevant experience, skills, and education/training, to determine compensation within the identified range.
