We are hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to accelerate our continued growth. As a Sales Development Representative at Notable, you will drive our growth and increase our market presence. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate with our sales and marketing teams, engage with potential clients, and position Notable solutions as the go-to in the healthcare industry.

The ideal candidate for this role has at least two years of experience as a top-performing SDR for a B2B SaaS company, with experience selling to healthcare providers. We’re looking for somebody who thrives in a fast-paced work environment, wants to exceed their quota, and contributes to defining processes and workflows that enable future SDRs to be successful.

You will...

  • Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outreach, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement

  • Understand the needs and challenges of potential clients, positioning Notable’s solutions accordingly

  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of Notable product offerings and value proposition.

  • Collaborate closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive lead-generation strategies

  • Ensure all interactions and engagements are logged and tracked in the CRM system

  • Stay updated with the latest trends in the healthcare industry and sales best practices to improve outreach and engagement strategies continuously

You're a great fit for our team because of...

  • Minimum of two years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B environment

  • Experience in the healthcare industry is preferred but optional

  • Demonstrated ability to be coachable and eagerness to learn and grow

  • Adaptable with a capacity to work in fast-paced environments

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

  • Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) and sales engagement platforms (Outreach)
