About NOCD

NOCD is the nation’s leading tele-health provider specializing in the treatment of obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD). OCD is one of the most severe, prevalent, and misunderstood mental health conditions. Our mission is to increase access to effective, evidence-based care and reduce the stigma surrounding OCD.

Through the NOCD app, Members can quickly connect with licensed therapists who specialize in Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy—the gold standard for OCD treatment—via live, face-to-face video sessions.

We are transforming mental health care and helping people reclaim their lives. Now, we’re looking for driven, mission-aligned professionals who want to accelerate our impact.

About This Role

The Territory Manager serves as a strategic catalyst for NOCD’s mission, driving the adoption of evidence-based OCD treatment through high-impact clinical education and partnership development. By engaging directly with behavioral health prescribers, this individual identifies and challenges outdated referral practices, positioning Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) as the gold standard of care. This is a consultative, high-tenacity role focused on transforming the behavioral health landscape; the Territory Manager leverages CRM data and localized insights to forge deep institutional relationships, ensuring clinicians are equipped to move past misdiagnosis and toward seamless patient referrals. Ultimately, they act as a patient-centric authority, navigating complex sales conversations to meet monthly growth targets and expand access to life-changing therapy.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Insight: Educate healthcare providers on ERP’s clinical effectiveness, challenging outdated referral patterns to drive adoption.
  • Build Strategic Partnerships: Develop and expand relationships with behavioral health prescribers and health systems throughout our defined territories.
  • Customize Solutions: Tailor NOCD’s offerings to meet the unique needs of clinicians and organizations, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Drive Results: Lead high-impact sales conversations to meet or exceed monthly referral and partnership targets.
  • Leverage Data: Use CRM tools and analytics to guide strategy, optimize outreach, and measure performance.
  • Champion the Mission: Represent NOCD with integrity, credibility, and a patient-first mindset.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 2+ years of B2B medical sales experience, ideally in referral-based healthcare markets (e.g., behavioral health, dental, pharmaceutical).
  • Consultative selling and experience with face-to-face sales environments.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to inform sales strategies.
  • Strategic, assertive, and comfortable thriving in high-growth or startup environments.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% within the assigned territory.
