As the Senior Program Manager of Technical Enablement, you will own the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of technical enablement programs across three key audiences: internal technical teams, our partner ecosystem, and our customer community. You’ll collaborate closely with Graph Academy (which owns content and curriculum), subject matter experts across Product, Engineering, and Solutions, and go-to-market teams (Field Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Professional Services, and Support) to translate content into effective, engaging, and scalable enablement programs. Your mission is to drive practitioner-level competence — not just awareness — across audiences by developing structured onboarding, upskilling, and certification programs. You’ll be a program owner, stakeholder wrangler, and execution driver.
Key Responsibilities
Program & Curriculum Management: Design and own enablement programs (bootcamps, workshops, labs, virtual training, certification tracks) that leverage content from Graph Academy, tailored for internal, partner, and customer audiences. Translate curriculum into structured program flows, including sequencing, prerequisites, assessments, and progression paths (e.g., Beginner → Intermediate → Practitioner → Expert). Manage the enablement calendar, including program launches, updates, and refresh cycles.
Onboarding & Continuous Learning: Lead technical onboarding for new hires (e.g., Solutions Engineers, Field Engineers, Services Engineers) to accelerate time to productivity. Develop and maintain an “everboarding” roadmap for continuous learning — ensuring all technical staff stay current with product updates, architectural patterns, and best practices. Create and curate enablement assets (labs, guides, playbooks) in collaboration with SMEs and Graph Academy. Ensure internal enablement curricula evolve in step with product and architecture advancements.
Stakeholder Engagement & Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Field Engineering, Solutions Engineering, Services, Support, and Product teams to identify challenges, skill gaps, and enablement needs. Gather feedback and continuously iterate on enablement offerings. Align with leadership on priorities, resource trade-offs, and program roadmaps. Act as a liaison between subject matter experts and delivery teams to ensure curriculum accuracy, relevance, and technical depth.
Metrics, Measurement & Continuous Improvement: Define and track key enablement KPIs such as time-to-proficiency, assessment scores, certification pass rates, program adoption, attendance, and stakeholder satisfaction. Conduct retrospectives and root-cause analyses to identify improvement opportunities. Produce dashboards and reports for senior leadership, using data to refine future enablement cycles.
Technical Fluency & Facilitation: Maintain hands-on technical depth to review content, challenge assumptions, and engage meaningfully with SMEs. Facilitate or co-facilitate training sessions, workshops, and lab walkthroughs. Stress-test curriculum to ensure it’s practical, applied, and reflective of real-world use cases.
Leadership, Initiative & Execution: Operate autonomously — identify gaps, propose solutions, and drive execution with minimal direction. Be resourceful and proactive in navigating constraints, resolving conflicts, and unblocking dependencies. Foster a culture of learning, feedback, and continuous improvement across the technical organization.
Required Qualifications & Skills
7+ years of experience in technical enablement, technical training, curriculum development, or related roles (e.g., Solution Engineering, Developer Advocacy, Technical Sales Enablement). Demonstrated success in designing, launching, and iterating multi-persona enablement programs. Strong program and project management skills — comfortable managing multiple concurrent initiatives. Excellent facilitation, presentation, coaching, and communication abilities — capable of simplifying complex technical topics. Proven stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS), authoring tools, content repositories, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint). Data-driven mindset — ability to define, measure, and analyze metrics to inform decisions. High ownership and initiative — a hands-on, “get-things-done” approach. Experience managing certification, accreditation, or assessment programs is a strong plus. Prior experience in Solutions Engineering, Presales, Professional Services, or Consulting is highly desirable. Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, and technical pedagogy best practices.
