Legal Operations & Workflow Enablement
- Own and improve the operational workflows supporting repeatable documents such as NDAs, including intake, routing, approvals, execution, tracking, and stakeholder visibility.
- Partner with Legal to operationalize approved templates and process changes, automate repeatable administrative work, and maintain feedback loops; Legal retains ownership of legal language, interpretation, and substantive legal decisions.
Business Performance, OKRs & Reporting Standards
- Support the EVP in assessing, reviewing, and implementing OKRs, KPIs, and performance measures that promote business and operational excellence.
- Partner with functional leaders to establish consistent definitions, ownership, reporting cadences, and data-quality expectations, and maintain regular operational reporting that surfaces performance, trends, risks, and areas requiring attention.
