Revenue Operations Manager

Location: Remote, US

Department: Finance

Reports To: VP, Finance

Employment Type: Full-Time

We're looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to be the operational backbone of our go-to-market engine. This role sits within Finance and serves as the connective tissue between the GTM and the finance organization — bringing financial rigor to sales, partner data and product data into forecasting, and compensation, while ensuring the GTM has the reporting and systems it needs to execute. You'll own the systems, data, and processes that let leadership make confident, data-driven decisions — from CRM architecture and pipeline reporting to quota design, forecasting, and compensation administration. This is a high-visibility role that directly influences how the company hits (and exceeds) revenue targets, and how accurately those targets flow into financial planning.

What You'll Do

  • Own the sales tech stack for Finance— optimize CRM (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) and adjacent tools (sales engagement, forecasting, CPQ, data enrichment), ensuring data integrity and adoption across the sales org
  • Drive forecasting and pipeline management — build and maintain dashboards and reporting that give leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, conversion rates, and forecast accuracy
  • Support quota and territory design — partner with Sales & Partnership Leadership and Finance to set fair, achievable quotas and territories based on historical performance and market opportunity
  • Administer sales & partner sales compensation — calculate and validate commission/bonus payouts, ensuring accuracy, auditability, and timely resolution of disputes; own the commission accrual process in coordination with Accounting
  • Tie data to financial planning — partner with FP&A to ensure pipeline and bookings data flow accurately into revenue forecasts, budgets, and board reporting
  • RevOps owns the process, data model, reporting for product data and consumption tracking to support key stakeholders
  • Analyze product uptake and funnel performance — identify bottlenecks and trends across the sales funnel (lead-to-close), and recommend process improvements to improve conversion and cycle time
  • Partner cross-functionally — work closely with Sales, Partner and Marketing, Finance, and Success to ensure data consistency and aligned reporting across the revenue funnel
  • Support strategic planning — provide data and analysis for annual/quarterly planning, board reporting, and executive reviews

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related analytical/GTM role (SaaS or tech industry preferred)
  • Hands-on CRM administration experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) — you can build reports, dashboards, and workflows without relying on IT
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel/Google Sheets proficiency; SQL a strong plus
  • Experience supporting or administering sales compensation/commission programs
  • Track record of building sales reporting and forecasting models from the ground up
  • Excellent communication skills — able to translate data into clear recommendations for both sales reps/managers and finance leadership
  • Comfort working within a finance function — understanding of accruals, revenue recognition basics, and audit/compliance expectations around compensation calculations

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience with sales engagement tools (Outreach, Salesloft), CPQ platforms, or BI tools (Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Familiarity with usage-based or consumption pricing models (common in AI/infrastructure products)
  • Experience in a high-growth or Series B–D startup environment
  • Exposure to AI/ML tooling for sales forecasting or lead scoring
