About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, strategic, and execution-focused Senior Business Operations Manager to own and scale the operational backbone of the company. This role is responsible for building the systems, processes, governance, reporting, and cross-functional coordination required to support growth across Product, Engineering, Sales, Partnerships, Finance, Legal, and Operations.
The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, has experience in bringing structure to complexity, and excels at aligning teams around shared objectives. This role will work closely with and serve as a trusted partner to the EVP, Strategic Execution, ensuring the organization operates efficiently, scales effectively, and maintains visibility into key business priorities and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Business Operations & Governance
- Establish and continuously improve company-wide operational processes and governance frameworks.
- Drive cross-functional initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.
- Develop operating procedures, approval workflows, and decision-making frameworks for strategic iniatives and investment when it comes to product, engineering and other SaaS investment.
- Track operational risks, dependencies, and strategic initiatives.
- Support leadership in planning, execution, and organizational effectiveness.
- Ensure operational readiness for new initiatives, market launches, and strategic programs.
Business Systems, Knowledge Management & Operational Infrastructure
- Own and manage business-critical systems, including CMS platforms, knowledge management systems, contract and document management tools, and workflow management solutions.
- Partner closely with Sales, Partnerships, Product, Engineering, Finance, and Legal to ensure systems support business growth and operational excellence.
- Establish and maintain a centralized knowledge management strategy that enables teams to access critical information, documentation, playbooks, and best practices.
- Work closely with Sales Enablement and Partnership Enablement teams to ensure content is current, searchable, governed, and aligned with business priorities.
- Define governance, ownership, lifecycle management, and quality standards for operational content and documentation.
- Manage system vendors, licensing, integrations, user access, and platform governance.
- Identify opportunities to automate workflows and improve organizational productivity.
- Develop reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into system adoption and operational effectiveness.
Procurement & Vendor Operations
- Work closely with procurement to ensure clear sharing of information and process development.
- Work with procurement to be a partner in coordinating vendor onboarding, due diligence, and contract administration.
- Manage vendor performance reviews, renewals, and governance.
- Build scalable procurement policies, controls, and approval processes.
- Partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Partnerships to support procurement decisions and operational requirements.
Legal & Finance Operations Coordination
- Coordinate and support operational workflows involving contracts, procurement, invoicing, compliance, vendor management and IP management.
- Support contract lifecycle management and approval processes.
- Work with Finance to develop and manage invoice tracking, purchase order workflows, and vendor payment coordination.
- Partner with Finance and Legal teams to ensure operational processes are efficient, compliant, and scalable.
- Support audit preparation, compliance activities, and documentation management.
Strategic Programs
- Support compliance, documentation, and stakeholder management requirements.
- Ensure cross-functional readiness and execution against commitments.
- Maintain visibility into timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
Sales, Partnership & Business Operations Support
- Partner with Sales and Partnerships teams to support the operational execution of strategic initiatives and go-to-market activities.
- Coordinate across Legal, Finance, Product, Engineering, and Operations to remove blockers and accelerate execution.
- Support partner onboarding, contracting, procurement, invoicing, and operational readiness processes.
- Ensure internal systems, workflows, and governance support both direct sales and partnership-led growth.
- Establish clear ownership, accountability, and communication across teams in Sales, Partnerships and Product & Engineering.
- Monitor operational bottlenecks and implement improvements that increase organizational effectiveness.
Business Performance, OKRs & Reporting
- Partner with leadership to establish, track, and manage company-wide and functional OKRs.
- Drive quarterly and annual planning processes and reporting cadences.
- Develop and maintain executive dashboards, KPI frameworks, and operational reporting.
- Ensure departments have clear goals, measurable outcomes, and consistent reporting mechanisms.
- Track progress against strategic initiatives and operational priorities.
- Support executive reviews, leadership reporting, and board-level operational updates.
- Work with functional leaders to define, maintain, and improve key business and operational metrics.
- Identify performance trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Ensure transparency, accountability, and data quality across organizational reporting.
- Maintain a Business Operations dashboard to ensure transparency and to ensure deliverables are being not only tracked, but managed.
Qualifications
Required
- 7+ years of experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, Program Management, Consulting, or similar operational leadership roles.
- Experience working across multiple business functions and executive stakeholders.
- Strong project and program management skills to support launches and company initiatives
- Experience managing business systems, procurement processes, vendors, and operational workflows.
- Exceptional organizational, analytical, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Preferred
- Experience in SaaS, AI, enterprise software, or technology companies.
- Experience supporting global operations and market expansion.
- Experience running numerous projects simultaneously as a Project Manager
- Experience implementing operational systems and knowledge management platforms.
- Background in consulting, operational excellence, or business transformation.
