Working closely with the Director of Data Science, and reporting directly to Director Data & Analytics Portfolio, the primary responsibility of this position is to partner with a broad array of internal stakeholders and contributors to ensure the delivery of successful products within the portfolio. This role includes gathering requirements, prioritizing work, and collaborating with on-shore and off-shore development and operations team members to meet delivery timeframes and other success metrics.

The AI Team at GHX is involved with all AI, Machine Learning and Data Science activities across the organization. Close collaboration with product and technology as we as other business functions is key to success.

This person will need to work from our Louisville, CO office one day per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the AI vision and roadmap through release plans and product delivery by leading the day-to-day execution on the AI product portfolio roadmap within GHX, working with development, operations, solution delivery, support, and other cross-functional teams to achieve success for portfolio products.
  • Collaborate with the broader technical product management team for the AI Team to execute the vision and roadmap for AI, taking the lead in breaking down the roadmap into releases, epics, and user stories.
  • Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to translate the roadmap and requirements into releases with defined scope and levels of effort.
  • Act as subject matter expert for AI services, interfacing with stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate knowledge, and resolve issues.
  • Monitor and analyze internal measurements to determine how the solutions impact the company operations, looking for areas that might impact product success.
  • Create and deliver persuasive communications to various audiences, appropriately tailoring materials to the audience.
  • Partner with customers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement, gather voice of customer feedback, ensure their delight.
  • Manage the project backlog, grooming stories and establishing priorities.
  • Liaison with customer, operations, customer success teams to set expectations regarding product capabilities and delivery timelines.
  • Manage releases to ensure successful product introduction, coordinating milestones across teams.
  • Work with development, support, and customer operations to monitor product performance and proactively identify opportunities for product improvements.
  • Identify risks, issues, and problems, proposing mitigation plans to overcome obstacles.

Required Education, Certifications, and Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management roles or with highly technical products
  • 10+ years of professional experience
  • Demonstrated understanding of AI, ML concepts and comfortable working in this space
  • Experience communicating technical solutions to both internal and external audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Healthcare Supply Chain
  • Experience with the AWS ecosystem.
  • Experience with AI, ML, Data Science and/or Analytics solutions.
  • Certifications in relevant product management and Agile development methodologies.

Estimated salary range: $109,700 - $146,200

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and proficiency for the role. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
