The eInvoice Manager, Product Management is responsible for the co-creation and execution of a comprehensive product roadmap for both new and existing products. This position partners with product leaders, Customer Success, Sales, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to gain a thorough understanding of the market and customer needs to help drive the product roadmap from idea to concept and prototyping through development and delivery. The successful candidate will possess domain expertise in eInvoicing, financial services, or equivalent areas. This role will also be responsible for managing a small team (2-3) of agile scrum Product Owners who are responsible for gathering requirements, writing user stories, managing the product backlog and working directly with the Development scrum team to ensure successful completion of features and functionality and ensure alignment with product roadmap.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Functions as the Product Manager in the agile scrum development process
  • In partnership with Product Management leaders and the Market Managers, translates market trends into a compelling product direction and vision; co-creates and implements the product roadmap for a specified product set or solution
  • Participates in the creation of business cases to assess the relative benefits of product enhancements or new products, aligned to long term strategic positioning.
  • Supports the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities and serves as an internal voice for the customer on new or already existing products throughout the product lifecycle
  • Drives a product/solution set across Development/Domain teams through market requirements and product positioning to maximize both revenue and customer satisfaction
  • Upholds commitments and proactively negotiates roadmap priorities with all affected stakeholders; fosters effective communication across all affected teams
  • Subject matter expertise in at least one customer solution domain – Invoice and payment automation, and/or financial services with respect to this role
  • Serves as a product evangelist and change agent in communicating the value of technical solutions for both existing and future market opportunities for GHX; this includes identifying new and novel uses of GHX technical solutions, with an eye towards product reusability in conjunction with partners in Product Management.

Other Duties as Assigned

  • Coordinates alignment of Development, Marketing, Sales, Support and Implementation teams for successful introduction of products to market.
  • Defines, prioritizes, and clarifies user stories; works with the delivery team to understand use cases, features, business and technical domain rules and overall product goals
  • Collects and measures key product metrics against goals to inform success of each release and plans iterations accordingly
  • Identifies risks, issues, and problems and escalates as appropriate, proposing mitigation plans to overcome obstacles
  • Coordinates alignment of Development, Marketing, Sales, Support and Implementation teams for successful introduction of products to market.

Qualifications

  • B.A./B.S. degree in a related discipline/experience, or a combination of education and related work experience
  • Agile Scrum Product certifications (Product Owner/Product Manager)
  • Minimum of 3 years’ prior experience as a Product Manager with a minimum of 1 yr managing others.
  • 5+ years domain experience in invoicing, financial services, fintech or related solutions.

  • Ability to distill broad concepts and business strategies into structured product management plans
  • Ability to assess risks, dependencies, and identify mitigation strategies

Estimated Salary Range: $105,500 - $141,000

The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the GHX’s salary range for this position. The base salary is one component of GHX’s total compensation package for employees.
