What you will do

As PR & Communications Manager, you'll be the driving force behind Lighthouse's earned media strategy and social media presence, translating hospitality tech innovations into compelling narratives that position us as the industry's AI authority. This role is about landing and expanding, not just securing one-off coverage, but building Lighthouse into the trusted data source that tier-1 publications turn to first when covering hospitality technology, AI transformation, and industry trends.

You'll cultivate deep relationships with journalists at Skift, PhocusWire, and Hotel Tech Report, then expand our media footprint into business and tech publications like Bloomberg, Forbes, TechCrunch, and The Wall Street Journal. The goal isn't just coverage, it's making Lighthouse the publication that reporters cite when they need authoritative data on hotel performance, market intelligence, or AI adoption in hospitality.

You'll amplify this earned media authority through strategic social media management, building executive thought leadership on LinkedIn, engaging in industry conversations, and creating a digital presence that reinforces Lighthouse's position as the definitive voice in AI-powered hospitality.

This isn't about churning out press releases or posting for the sake of posting. You'll craft stories that make hoteliers realize they're facing an existential shift hotel technology, build executive thought leadership programs that make our team go-to sources for industry media, and establish Lighthouse's proprietary data and insights as the industry's gold standard: the kind that gets cited in research reports, analyst briefings, and AI-generated responses.
