What you will do

As the Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will lead our global partnerships function, setting the strategic vision and managing a team dedicated to driving growth through high-impact collaborations. You will nurture existing key partnerships, proactively build new ones, and ensure the team’s performance aligns with company goals. This role combines leadership, strategy, and execution in a fast-paced, international environment.

Where you will have impact

  • Define and execute the global partnership strategy, setting clear KPIs and objectives in collaboration with Revenue leaders.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor the strategic partnerships team to enhance both team performance and partner success.
  • Manage day-to-day relationships with key partners, including C-level stakeholders and partnership leaders.
  • Present performance updates and business impact reports to the executive team, identifying opportunities and mitigating risks.
  • Act as the main liaison with cross-functional teams (product, sales, legal, marketing, engineering) to execute partnership strategies.
  • Design and oversee demand-generation initiatives such as training programs, campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Drive direct and influenced partner revenue, ensuring achievement of partner success KPIs.
  • Support complex, large-scale, or new business partnership opportunities from inception to closure.
  • Represent the company and partnership team at industry events and forums worldwide.

Who you are

  • Proven experience leading partnership teams and programs within complex ecosystems
  • Experienced in managing senior and C-level partner relationships and driving business KPIs
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and program management capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to convey business impact internally and externally
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution and problem-solving
  • Proven success in achieving revenue and growth targets in a high-growth environment
  • Comfortable managing changing priorities and aligning diverse stakeholders
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are an asset
  • 5+ years in senior partnership roles and at least 3 years of team management experience
  • Strong knowledge of the travel technology ecosystem is a plus
