As a Talent Sourcer you’re responsible for supporting our global Go-To-Market hiring function. Together with the Talent Acquisition team you will continuously work on building pipeline, ensuring a great candidate experience, and finding the absolute best talent.

Where you will have impact:

  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and stakeholders to develop a clear understanding of talent needs and requirements within the markets/ regions
  • Source and attract passive candidates through the use and development of innovative online sourcing strategies and research techniques including: resume databases, referral generation, Boolean searches, social media, target companies, internal databases, etc.
  • Support and influence the attraction of a diverse candidate pool while ensuring a positive candidate experience and positioning Lighthouse as an employer of choice
  • Maintain regular communication with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure continuous knowledge flow and pipeline sharing
  • Develop and maintain contact with candidates until they can be presented to recruiters and leaders and thereby help drive the sourcing/recruiting process in a timely manner
  • Share insights on external market and industry intelligence (supply and demand, talent pool, competitors, etc.)
  • Complete other projects and assignments as assigned

Who you are:

  • 1-2 years of experience in sourcing, recruiting and/or human resources
  • Driven to excel in a fast-paced, competitive environment
  • Enjoys working with and being part of a dynamic team
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously and ability to prioritize according to needs
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • A high degree of professionalism and ability to protect sensitive and confidential information
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with candidates
  • A customer-service mindset and strong internal drive to create great employee experiences
  • A strong work ethic and sense of urgency
  • Ability to work independently as well as with all levels of staff

In addition to benefits and other Lighthouse total rewards, the annual base salary for this role is $55,000.00 USD. We benchmark our salary ranges for new hires in relation to the role, level, and role location; however, we consider a multitude of factors, to include relevant experience, skills, and education/training, to determine compensation within the identified range.
