As a Product Marketing Manager for the automotive business, you will plan, position, and launch our industry-leading LiDAR products and influence our engineering teams, partners, and customers.

LOCATION: Candidates MUST live in/near Sunnyvale, CA.


How will you make an impact?

  • Develop product marketing strategies and business cases for the Automotive OEM and Tier 1.
  • Create detailed functional product requirements and high-level marketing requirements.
  • Work with internal and external stakeholders to define and validate business and technical requirements.
  • Develop customer education-focused technical collaterals that raise Innovusion’s profile.
  • Manage new product rollout to customers, sales channels, and media.
  • Collaborate with Automotive OEM sales team on forecast and volume ramp.
  • Partner with Finance, Business Development and other teams on pricing strategy.

What qualifications and skills will make you succeed in this role?

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or similar disciplines plus 7+ years of product management and/or product marketing experience, or Master’s degree in Engineering, Marketing or similar disciplines plus 5+ years of product management and/or product marketing experience.
  • 3+ years of product marketing in Automotive OEM, Tier 1 or related space.
  • 3+ years of experience working in a cross-functional, global company.
  • Exceptional communicator with the ability to make complex concepts simple.
  • Compelling combination of business and technical expertise.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, coupled with attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency to deliver results.
  • Successful work experience in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.

Hybrid: This role is a hybrid position in Sunnyvale, CA.

What is the Pay Range?

$130,000-$180,000

The above pay scale reflects the broad, minimum to maximum, annual base salary for this job code for the location for which it has been posted. Even more importantly, please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Innovusion. We also offer an annual discretionary bonus program and opportunity for equity (employees on sales-incentive plans are not eligible for our annual bonus). In addition, our highly competitive benefits package is designed to support your success.
