The Senior Program Manager, Professional Services is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex Icertis implementation programs for enterprise customers across Europe. This role manages all aspects of program execution, including planning, governance, resource coordination, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery oversight, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with customer objectives.

Working closely with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams, the Senior Program Manager drives delivery excellence across multiple workstreams and serves as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Senior Program Manager, Professional Services Role Overview The Senior Program Manager, Professional Services is responsible for leading the successful delivery of complex Icertis implementation programs for enterprise customers across Europe. The role owns the key dimensions of program execution, including planning, governance, resource coordination, risk management, stakeholder communication, and delivery oversight. The objective is to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with customer objectives. Working closely with customers, partners, and cross-functional teams, the Senior Program Manager drives delivery excellence across multiple workstreams and acts as a trusted advisor throughout the implementation lifecycle. Key Responsibilities End-to-end program leadership: Lead complex enterprise software implementation programs from project initiation through go-live and stabilization. Customer leadership: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
  • Project management experience delivering enterprise software implementations.
  • Experience leading multiple full lifecycle implementation programs with end-to-end delivery accountability.
  • Proven ability to manage large, complex, multi-workstream projects involving cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, and implementation best practices.
  • Experience managing project plans, budgets, schedules, resource allocation, and delivery governance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
  • Strong analytical, risk management, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong AI mindset with experience leveraging AI-powered tools and AI-enabled solutions to improve implementation efficiency, delivery quality, customer adoption, and business outcomes.

  • Lead complex enterprise software implementation programs from project initiation through go-live and stabilization.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding project status, timelines, resource planning, risks, issues, and overall program execution.
  • Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and project teams to ensure successful delivery against agreed objectives.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, governance processes, and status reporting.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings, project reviews, and stakeholder communications.
  • Identify, manage, and mitigate delivery risks, escalations, and implementation challenges.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Technical, and Partner teams to drive successful customer outcomes.
  • Support scope management, change requests, budget tracking, and overall project governance.
