- 4-8 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies, including C#, SQL and ASP.NET.
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) in real-world projects.
- Proficiency in modern front-end frameworks such as React, ASP.NET MVC Razor, TypeScript, jQuery, and a solid understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
- Understanding of software engineering best practices, version control, and CI/CD pipelines.
