As Vice President of Solution Advisory, you will lead and scale our EMEA Solution Advisory organization, combining strategic leadership with hands-on engagement in key customer opportunities.

You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to drive revenue growth, solution adoption, and customer success while shaping a world-class presales function.

This role requires deep expertise in enterprise software, AI-driven solutions, and executive-level customer engagement.

You will play a critical role in helping customers understand the transformative value of our Contract Intelligence platform and ensuring Icertis remains the industry leader in the space.

Location: Candidates can be based anywhere in Germany. For candidates based in London, we expect attendance in the office two weekdays per week.

  • Experience in presales, solution advisory, or technical consulting in enterprise software.
  • Proven leadership experience managing geographically distributed teams.
  • Strong technical background with expertise in AI, automation, and enterprise software.
  • Exceptional communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and executive audiences.
  • Hands-on approach—comfortable rolling up your sleeves to lead solution demonstrations and sales cycles.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments with a customer-first mindset
  • 20-30% travel is expected for this role.


  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Solution Advisory team across EMEA, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus.
  • Partner closely with Sales to drive pipeline growth, accelerate opportunities, and support successful deal closure.
  • Engage with executive stakeholders to understand business challenges and articulate the value of AI-powered contract intelligence solutions.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor in strategic sales cycles, providing solution expertise and executive-level presentations.
  • Lead solution design, proof-of-concept initiatives, and impactful demonstrations that clearly showcase business outcomes.
  • Drive innovation by leveraging AI, automation, and emerging technologies to differentiate solutions in the market.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, R&D, partners, and system integrators to influence product strategy and go-to-market success.
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics, continuously optimizing presales processes, effectiveness, and win rates.
