The Director New Business role owns new business growth across SAP customers in the MEA region, driving large, complex enterprise and velocity centric corporate deals through value-based, consultative selling, often in close collaboration with SAP field teams and partners.
This role does not include people management responsibilities and is based in Dubai or Riyadh, with employment provided through a trusted Employer of Record to ensure a fully compliant and seamless local employment experience.

- Proven enterprise SaaS sales leader with consistent quota overachievement.
- Track record of closing deals in a range from $50k - $1M+ ARR.
- Experience selling into SAP environments and/or co-selling with SAP in an endorsed or SolEx motion.
- Existing relationships with SAP teams or partners in MEA strongly preferred.
- Strong executive presence; credible with C-suite buyers.
- Comfortable with complex digital transformation programs (ERP, procurement, legal, finance).
- Highly driven, consultative, strategic seller.

- Own and close enterprise and corporate opportunities within SAP accounts across MEA.
- Drive joint sales motions with SAP (co-sell, partner engagement, account alignment).
- Build strong C-level relationships with customers and senior SAP stakeholders.
- Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from pipeline creation to close.
- Develop and execute MEA territory and account pursuit plans.
- Articulate Icertis value as a strategic extension to SAP (outcomes-led selling).
- Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management (Salesforce).
