Role Summary
We’re hiring a hands‑on MarTech administrator who thrives on operational excellence and smart automation. You will own the day‑to‑day administration, enablement, and maintenance of our marketing technology stack, centered on Marketo, and help operationalize campaign intake, build, QA, lead management, and measurement. Bringing an AI‑first mindset, you’ll apply tools like Zapier, Azure services, and LLMs to reduce manual work, harden processes, and scale execution in partnership with Marketing, Inside Sales, and Revenue Ops teams. This role is core to our priorities around AI‑driven campaign orchestration and MarTech & data operations.

Join Icertis as a Marketing Operations Manager. You’ll run day‑to‑day Marketo admin and integrations, keep lead flow & data clean, support campaign intake/execution, maintain Marketo/SFDC reports on campaign effectiveness, and build automated workflows with Zapier/Azure/LLMs.

Must‑Have

  • 3–6 years in Marketing Operations/Marketing Automation with deep hands‑on Marketo administration (program/channel setup, smart campaigns, tokens, schemas, forms, landing pages, email templating, assets, MSI), plus Salesforce experience.
  • Proven MarTech administration across webinar and chat tools, including integration setup and troubleshooting.
  • Experience building and maintaining campaign processes (intake → build → QA → launch → measure) with task/work management tools (e.g., Asana).
  • Lead lifecycle and scoring administration, with change documentation and testing discipline.
  • Demonstrated automation mindset using Zapier/Make and familiarity with Azure services and LLMs
  • Meticulous attention to data quality, governance, and documentation; comfort working across time zones.

Nice‑to‑Have

  • Marketo Certified Expert (MCE), SFDC Admin/Consultant exposure.
  • Experience with 6sense (segments/signals/routing), or data enrichment tools.
  • Familiarity with email deliverability practices and preference centers.

MarTech Strategy & Administration

  • Administer and optimize key MarTech platforms: Marketo, webinar (e.g., ON24), ABM tools (e.g., 6sense), and website chat tools, including management, governance, and enablement.
  • Manage integrations (e.g., Marketo–SFDC, form capture, event/webinar, chat, enrichment) with close attention to data quality, sync health, and error handling.
  • Implement & optimize lead lifecycle processes from acquisition to sales handoff (statuses, routing, dedupe, compliance), partnering with Sales/RevOps.
  • Maintain and iterate on lead & account scoring (behavioral/firmographic/signals) with clear documentation, analysis, and testing of scoring changes.

Campaign Process & Execution Support

  • Support campaign intake and execution: support & maintain Asana workflows, SLAs, and checklists for email, landing pages, webinars, lists, UTMs, and SFDC campaign setup.
  • Campaign infrastructure management: Own and maintain reusable campaign assets and operational programs (e.g., email and landing page templates, nurture streams, webinar blueprints, list processing and UTM tracking)
  • Contact database stewardship: Execute routine data hygiene, enrichment, and deduplication tasks; maintain suppression, preferences, and compliance fields to protect deliverability and segmentation quality.
  • Reporting & analysis: Develop and maintain Marketo/Salesforce reports and dashboards focused on database quality, segmentation readiness, and campaign performance.

Process Management & Optimization

  • Document and standardize operational procedures (SOPs) for campaign build, QA, launches, data hygiene, MarTech documentation, and reporting.
  • Instrument KPIs (e.g., time‑to‑launch, error rates, contact database, lead flows) and drive continuous improvement.

AI‑First Automation & Innovation

  • Automate repetitive workflows using Zapier/Make, Azure, LLMs where applicable.
  • Leverage AI and workflows for QA checklists and campaign operations processes with strong guardrails around data privacy and accuracy.
  • Pilot, measure, and maintain automations & worfklows to scale across the team.
