Join Icertis Products India Pvt Ltd as a Director, Solutions Advisory (Pre-Sales) shaping our presales strategy and market presence in the APAC region. You will augment our enterprise sales efforts by bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions. This individual contributor role is ideal for professionals with deep knowledge in Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Lead-to-Cash (L2C), or Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) processes, who are excited to work with AI-powered platforms that are transforming how businesses operate.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with sales, product, and AI teams to craft compelling solution narratives, deliver tailored product demonstrations, and guide prospects through the value of AI-enhanced capabilities such as intelligent document processing, predictive analytics, and workflow automation. You’ll be instrumental in helping clients visualize how AI can streamline operations, reduce risk, and drive strategic outcomes.

Inviting dynamic customer-facing Software Presales Specialists to join our growing APAC Advisory team. This individual contributor role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in Finance, Supply Chain or CRM domains, and offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge AI technologies. You will play a critical role in supporting the sales cycle by translating complex business requirements into compelling software solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's/Post-graduate is preferred.
  • Overall Experience between 10-15 years
  • Minimum 5 years of customer-facing experience in field-presales, with a proven track record in enterprise software solution sales (Bid Management at System Integrators does not qualify as Presales experience for this role)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, adept at simplifying complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Expertise in procure-to-pay or lead-to-cash or contract lifecycle management processes.
  • Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with adaptability to changing market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and sales enablement tools for efficient sales processes.
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required by the role.
  • A passion for continuous learning and a commitment to staying updated with industry trends and best practices.

  • Solution Advisory:
    • Collaborate with sales teams to understand client needs and craft tailored software demonstrations.
    • Map customer pain points & aspirations to AI-powered solution narratives across Icertis products.
  • Product Demonstrations & Workshops:
    • Develop hands-on skills for Generative AI, Agentic Frameworks and automation.
    • Deliver engaging and insightful demos, workshops, and proof-of-concepts to prospective clients.
    • Customize demo environments to reflect industry & client-specific use cases.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Act as a trusted advisor to prospects and internal teams.
    • Build strong relationships with key customer stakeholders including procurement, finance, legal, and sales functions.
    • Engage with CXOs to establish Icertis as the best solution for driving CLM transformation
  • Market & Product Intelligence:
    • Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product updates.
    • Provide feedback to product teams to influence roadmap and innovation.
    • Thought Leadership to speak at industry events and conferences.
