We are looking for a hands-on Data Analyst who can turn operational data into clear, actionable insights that improve how we serve our global partner ecosystem.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Excel, Power BI, and enterprise ticketing platforms like ServiceNow, and who aspires to grow into a Program Manager / Governance role over time.

You will be part of a high-impact team that manages the entire partner ecosystem of the company; driving standardization, predictability and a single-window experience for our partners. Your insights will directly influence how we scale and deliver a world-class partner experience.
- Advanced Excel: Pivot tables, Power Query, complex formulas, and data modelling.
- Power BI expertise: Building interactive dashboards, writing DAX queries and designing data models.
- ServiceNow exposure (reporting, data extraction or API use) – or strong willingness to learn quickly.
Proficiency in SQL or similar query languages to handle large datasets. - Data-storytelling: able to convert numbers into actionable insights.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to work effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
- Build, maintain, and continuously improve Power BI dashboards and advanced Excel models to monitor SLAs, ticket trends, and partner-ecosystem performance.
- Extract, clean, and analyze data from ServiceNow and other internal systems to uncover patterns, recurring issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
- Translate complex data into clear business narratives and visual stories for executives and cross-functional teams.
