Job Description

This Principal Functional Consultant, Public Sector, will be the primary contact for all project-related deliveries. This includes driving discussions around business processes, designing the right solution, implementation, and user adoption.

The ideal candidate is a seasoned Functional Consultant with experience in managing at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations with end-to-end responsibility for system design and timely delivery. You will possess a deep understanding of the various phases of project management including initiating, planning, execution, monitoring & control, and closure.

Responsibilities

What you will do:

  • Drive execution of ICERTIS product implementations for enterprise customers across industries in accordance with ICERTIS implementation methodology, within the bounds of agreed scope, schedule effort.

  • Take consultative approach, recommend best practices, and provide expert guidance to customers on contracting lifecycle.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills to enable collaboration and trust with cross-functional internal and customer stakeholders.

  • Should have a strong understanding of various project management methodologies.

  • Demonstrate effective communication in managing customers’ expectations and addressing concerns.

  • Conceptualize and formulate best of breed solutions in close collaboration with business that effectively address key implementation objectives.

  • Drive requirement gathering, functional design and work closely with Engineering. Quality Assurance and Support across multiple engagements.

  • Own system configuration and deployment activities across multiple engagements.

  • Manage risks related to people, technology and processes.

  • Contribute towards internal consulting capability building within the Professional Services group.

  • Contribute to ICERTIS product road-map through active feedback from customers and implementation experience.

Qualifications

What you will bring:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience.

  • Prior experience in implementing Contract Management/Supply Chain applications is highly preferred.

  • Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations in a configurator capacity.

  • Quick and innovative thinking with the acumen to correctly interpret trends/patterns from available data and formulate effective strategies/actions in achieving set objectives.

  • An engineering degree with an MBA in a related field is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with good interpersonal skills and ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts.

Base: $108K - $155K + bonus

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities. In addition to the base salary and annual sales target incentive bonus, an equity component is included in the compensation package.
