HiLabs is looking for a high-impact Head of Field Solutions to join our US team and help shape the future of healthcare data and provider intelligence platforms.

This is a strategic, customer-facing leadership role where you will partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to solve complex healthcare challenges for leading health systems, payers, and healthcare technology organizations.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout complex enterprise sales cycles
  • Partnering with Account Executives to drive strategic customer engagements
  • Leading product demonstrations, technical workshops, and solution discussions
  • Designing solution strategies aligned with customer business and operational goals
  • Translating complex technical concepts into compelling business value narratives
  • Supporting RFPs, RFIs, security reviews, and technical validation processes
  • Collaborating with Product and Engineering teams to influence roadmap and product enhancements
  • Supporting go-to-market initiatives including webinars, industry events, and executive presentations
  • Building scalable technical assets including demo environments, solution briefs, and presentations

What We’re Looking For

  • 8 to 12+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering, Solutions Architecture, or similar customer-facing technical roles
  • Strong understanding of healthcare provider data management, credentialing, and enrollment workflows
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory frameworks such as NCQA, CAQH, CMS
  • Proven ability to influence both technical and business stakeholders in enterprise sales cycles
  • Strong experience delivering technical presentations and executive-level customer engagements
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts
  • Strong collaboration experience across Sales, Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams
  • Experience with healthcare IT systems, integrations, and interoperability concepts is highly preferred
