HiLabs is looking for a highly driven Technical Program Manager to lead complex healthcare technology programs and drive successful client delivery across multiple stakeholders.

This role requires a strong leader who can orchestrate engineering, product, and client teams while ensuring seamless execution from kickoff to go-live.

Role Overview

The Technical Program Manager will serve as the single point of accountability for client delivery, ensuring programs are delivered on time, within scope, and with high customer satisfaction.

You will work closely with Engineering, Product, Implementation, and Customer Success teams to drive program execution while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communication.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Ownership

• Own end to end delivery accountability from program kickoff through go live and stabilization
• Drive execution across engineering, product, data, and client teams
• Maintain integrated delivery plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies

Client Leadership

• Act as the primary client facing delivery owner and escalation point
• Provide transparent updates on program progress, risks, and key decisions
• Build strong relationships with business and technical stakeholders

Risk & Dependency Management

• Proactively identify delivery risks and dependencies
• Drive mitigation strategies and escalate issues when required

Scope & Change Management

• Own scope management and change control processes
• Partner with product and customer success teams to manage trade offs

Governance & Reporting

• Establish delivery governance frameworks and reporting cadence
• Track KPIs related to delivery health and client satisfaction
• Produce weekly program health dashboards and executive updates

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with enterprise clients and stakeholders
• 5+ years of program or project management experience in healthcare IT or technology programs
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree from a Tier 1 institution
• Strong experience working with engineering teams and managing cross functional programs
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and risk management skills

Nice to Have

• PMP or equivalent certification
• Agile or hybrid delivery experience
• Healthcare domain exposure
