Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute design projects from concept to delivery across digital, print, and multimedia platforms
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints
• Collaborate with marketing, branding, product, and content teams to translate business goals into effective design solutions
• Create branding assets including ads, social media creatives, infographics, presentations, email templates, and landing pages
• Stay current on design trends, tools, and best practices, and bring fresh thinking to the team
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field
• 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a fast-paced or agency environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design work across various media
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD) and tools like Figma, Canva
• Exposure to generative AI tools (Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E) for ideation.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling
• Ability to think strategically while also being hands-on
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Master's degree is a plus
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus
