As a Strategic Customer Success Manager at Funnel, you will partner with some of our largest customers in Europe to drive product adoption, customer value, retention, and growth. Working closely with the Account team, you will build trusted relationships, align Funnel's solutions with customers' business goals, identify expansion opportunities, and maximize measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires a strong understanding of the Funnel platform, enabling you to act as a trusted strategic advisor to your customers.
Responsibilities
Own a book of business of strategic customers, which you will guide through the customer success lifecycle, driving onboarding, adoption, retention, and growth in close collaboration with the account team.
Develop a deep understanding of customers' business objectives, challenges, and opportunities in strategic business reviews, aligning Funnel's solutions to measurable business value.
Project manage strategic client initiatives with internal teams and client stakeholders to ensure long-term success of your client base.
Leverage customer usage data and insights to identify opportunities for increased adoption, expansion, and account growth.
Provide product expertise through, training, and best practices to ensure customers maximize the value of Funnel.
Act as the voice of the customer to our Product teams
Contribute to the continuous development of the Customer Success team by sharing knowledge, best practices, and process improvements.
Skills & Experience
6+ years in client-facing or data-driven roles (Customer Success, Account Management, Analytics, or Marketing)
Strong relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence stakeholders across all seniority levels and functions to maximize product value and drive account retention and growth.
Experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, or marketing analytics, being comfortable in using data to generate insights.
Strategic mindset with the ability to balance long-term account goals and day-to-day execution.
Self-motivated, proactive team player with a collaborative approach and growth mindset.
Fluent in English; French or German is a strong advantage.

At Funnel, we have an office-first approach, and we work from the office a minimum of four days a week. We have lots of flexibility for when life happens, during the summer, and through the holidays. We just like to avoid having standing remote days.
