The Connector teams are at the heart of Funnel’s value proposition. Without them, we couldn’t deliver the high-quality, reliable data our customers depend on every day. Our connectors integrate data from hundreds of marketing platforms into Funnel, making it ready for analysis, reporting, and activation.

The teams work closely with customers to understand their needs, enrich the data available in Funnel, and continuously refine our data modeling and semantics. We’re also investing in bringing more AI into the data-integration workflow, helping us strengthen our promise of accurate, dependable data.

About the Engineering Team & Your Role

Our engineering teams own their product areas end to end, making decisions daily in close collaboration both within and across teams, as well as with stakeholders. We work in small, iterative cycles experimenting, learning, and shipping improvements multiple times a day.

The Connectors team focuses on reliably fetching marketing data from diverse platforms like Facebook, Google, and TikTok. We unify this data so it’s immediately accessible and actionable for marketers through the Funnel Datahub. With more than 500 connectors, the team ensures each one works seamlessly out of the box for our customers.

At Funnel, engineers play a broad role: designing architecture, implementing features, deploying services, and monitoring performance. We put customers first and aim to build products that solve real problems and exceed expectations.

Skills & Experience We’re Looking For

• Strong experience with Python and data-frame libraries such as Pandas or Polars

• Hands-on experience with data integration and ETL pipelines

• Familiarity with data-warehouse modeling techniques

• Comfortable working with large datasets, optimizing pipelines, ensuring data quality, and applying the right approach for efficient data processing

• Experience working in agile, collaborative teams, partnering closely with other engineers, adapting to change, and driving initiatives to completion

• Experience improving engineering practices and processes

• Experience leading or steering projects with multiple stakeholders

• Strong communication skills and fluency in English

Location & Eligibility

At this time, we can only consider applicants who are already based in Stockholm and meet one of the following criteria:

• Hold Swedish citizenship

• Hold EU/EEA citizenship and are currently living in Stockholm

• Have a valid Swedish work permit

Office-first

At Funnel, we have an office-first approach, and we work from the office a minimum of four days a week. We have lots of flexibility for when life happens, during the summer, through the holidays. We just like to avoid having standing remote days.
