Product Marketing Manager: Pricing & Market Insights
We're hiring an analytical and commercially minded Product Marketing Manager to drive pricing, packaging, and monetization across our product portfolio. You'll work at the intersection of Product Development, Finance, Commercial, and Internal Data, defining how we capture value, unlocking new revenue opportunities, and shaping the strategic decisions that drive sustainable revenue growth.
What you'll do
Define pricing and packaging strategy for our full product portfolio, ensuring products and plans meet customer needs while supporting revenue growth.
Identify monetization opportunities (pricing optimizations, new product opportunities, and growth motions) through data analysis, market research, competitive intelligence, and willingness-to-pay insights.
Guide strategic decisions using modeling, scenario planning, and clear, actionable recommendations.
Partner cross-functionally with Product Development, Commercial, and Finance to align monetization strategy with broader company goals, budgets, and roadmaps.
Influence executive decisions on pricing, packaging, and monetization by synthesizing insights, cross-functional input, and leadership perspectives to clarify trade-offs and recommend actionable paths forward.
Own GTM for pricing and packaging changes, ensuring clear communication, internal readiness, and smooth operational rollout.
Monitor product and portfolio performance, surfacing insights that inform pricing iterations, product bundling, and long-term monetization strategy.
Champion a test-and-learn approach, running experiments and analyzing results to drive profitable growth.
Adapt pricing and packaging strategy in response to macro trends, competitive dynamics, and evolving customer behavior.
What We’re Looking For
7–10+ years of experience in product marketing, pricing strategy, or a similar role.
Strong expertise in pricing, packaging, and monetization.
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and how monetization affects acquisition, expansion, and churn.
Strong analytical and technical skills. Comfortable querying data with SQL and building models to guide recommendations.
Proven ability to structure and solve ambiguous problems, using data, logic, and storytelling to influence decisions.
Strong skills in collaborating with cross-functional teams, especially with Product Development, Commercial, Finance, and Internal Data teams.
Demonstrated success in influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams; you know how to lead without formal authority.
Highly organized with experience managing projects.
A strategic, systems-level thinker who can zoom out to shape direction and zoom in to analyze details.
Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments, curious, and adept at navigating new information and change.

At Funnel, we have an office-first approach, and we work from the office a minimum of four days a week. We have lots of flexibility for when life happens, during the summer, and through the holidays. We just like to avoid having standing remote days.
