Are you passionate about coaching, mentoring, and helping others grow? Do you thrive on building high-performing teams while staying hands-on, delivering GTM projects? We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Team Manager to lead and support a team of Revenue Operations Managers at Funnel!

This is a unique opportunity to combine people leadership with hands-on revenue operations, driving both individual growth and business impact.

What You’ll Do

As Revenue Operations Team Manager, you will lead a team of Revenue Operations Managers—guiding, mentoring, and supporting them to grow professionally while continuing to deliver high-impact solutions for Funnel. You’ll split your time between people leadership and operational execution.

Team Manager Responsibilities:

  • Coach and mentor your team to develop RevOps skills (e.g. stakeholder management, facilitation, prioritization, communication, project delivery).
  • Provide support and guidance through project and organizational challenges.
  • Deliver performance feedback, manage development plans, and conduct salary reviews.
  • Foster team engagement, drive staffing and hiring activities, and manage onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • Ensure alignment on expectations, goals, and outcomes.
  • Encourage experimentation and process improvement across RevOps.
  • Empower others to find their development paths and overcome challenges.

Hands-On RevOps Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage high-impact projects from end to end.
  • Act as a project consultant or contributing team member when needed.
  • Support shared responsibilities across the RevOps function (e.g. CRM support).
  • Deliver high-quality, adopted solutions to critical business needs.

  • Have experience in leadership and relevant RevOps experience.
  • Bring hands-on experience in RevOps domains such as CRM management, process design, project management, or automation.
  • Have a track record of supporting and developing others, formally or informally.
  • Are passionate about people development and creating a collaborative, high-performing culture.

This role is based in our Stockholm office. At Funnel, we embrace an office-first approach, working on-site at least four days a week. While we offer plenty of flexibility for life’s events, summer months, and holidays, we aim to avoid fixed remote workdays.
