Job Description

The Opportunity
We, at Flywire, are seeking a talented Implementation Consultant to work with new and existing clients to implement StudyLink Connect, a leading, cloud-based Recruitment, Agent and Admissions management solution to ensure clients are getting the most value out of our products.

As an Implementation Consultant you’ll enjoy working with clients to understand their business needs and working in collaboration with others within the Product and Operations team to solve problems and deliver business value.

You thrive on the challenge of finding the right solution for the right situation. You enjoy interacting with people and can talk with people from a broad range of backgrounds to gain a deeper understanding of their requirements to inform and execute a successful implementation.

  • Lead implementation projects for new and existing clients, including discovery, configuration, training and launch readiness
  • Analyse client business processes and translate requirements into scalable, best practice configuration of StudyLink Connect
  • Manage stakeholder engagement across admissions teams, IT, agents and leadership groups, ensuring expectations and timelines are well communicated
  • Deliver multiple onboarding projects at once, balancing short onboarding cycles with longer, strategic implementations (typically 4 weeks to 12 months)
  • Troubleshoot issues, identify risks, propose solutions and drive them through to resolution
  • Collaborate with product owners, developers and support teams to influence product improvements and guide clients toward optimal use of the platform
  • Support client adoption, retention and expansion by becoming a trusted advisor throughout implementation and beyond
  • Contribute to implementation methodology, documentation and internal process enhancements

Qualifications

Here’s What We’re Looking For:

  • More than 2 years of working experience in a customer success or product implementation role OR more than 3 years of working experience working in Admissions within an educational institution

  • Motivated, independent, passion for problem-solving, strong consultative approach, ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Meticulous attention to detail

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • A positive attitude and mindset
