  • Translate research and product requirements into high-fidelity wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes that bring ideas to life.
  • Ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience, advocating for user needs while balancing technical and business constraints.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers and developers, influencing decisions through thoughtful design rationale and clear communication.
  • Facilitate design workshops and brainstorming sessions, helping teams align on the problem space and explore creative solutions.
  • Provide mentorship to junior designers, sharing best practices and encouraging design excellence across the team.
  • Continuously improve design processes and methodologies, helping the team work smarter and more efficiently.
  • Communicate design decisions effectively to a wide range of audiences, driving alignment through strong storytelling and design thinking.
  • Drive innovation, pushing boundaries in interaction patterns, visual design, and product usability.
  • Use AI for brainstorming and build for own prototypes with Figma Make or Cursor

  • Proven experience leading design work on key features or projects, from user research through to polished UI.
  • Solid skills in user research methodologies, data interpretation, and turning insights into actionable design outcomes.
  • Advanced proficiency in design tools, especially Figma, and experience building prototypes for usability testing with the help of AI
  • Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility best practices, and modern design systems.
  • Ability to communicate design decisions clearly, backed up with user data and strategic reasoning.
