Job Description
The Opportunity:
Flywire is looking for a Senior Manager, B2B Implementation to lead our implementation function within the B2B vertical. This is a high-impact role responsible for overseeing the delivery of complex software and payment solutions to enterprise and mid-market clients across industries including SaaS, manufacturing, professional services, and more.
You’ll lead a team of Implementation Managers, drive operational excellence, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Solutions, and Client Success to ensure every implementation is successful, scalable, and sets our clients up for long-term growth.
If you’ve led high-performing implementation teams in a SaaS or FinTech environment, have a strong grasp of systems integrations and payments infrastructure, and thrive in a fast-paced, client-first environment this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and grow a team of Implementation Managers supporting B2B client onboarding
- Serve as the escalation point for complex implementations involving payment integrations, ERP syncs, token migration, or custom configuration
- Develop and maintain scalable processes for project delivery, testing, launch, and client handoff
- Oversee portfolio health and team capacity planning to ensure predictable timelines and quality
- Guide project scoping and solution design for large, strategic clients in partnership with Product and Solutions teams
- Define and track key metrics related to implementation performance (e.g., time to value, CSAT, launch velocity)
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to advocate for tooling improvements, workflow automation, and process alignment
- Coach and mentor team members to build implementation excellence and support professional growth
- Represent the B2B implementation function in leadership meetings and contribute to strategic planning
- Lead critical go-lives and troubleshoot into implementation issues when needed
Qualifications
Here’s What We’re Looking For:
- BA/BS degree
- 7+ years of experience in client implementation or onboarding roles, including 2+ years managing teams
- A background working for a SaaS based company (preferred)
- Strong technical fluency:
- Understanding of APIs, SFTP, webhooks, JSON/XML
- Experience with ERPs like NetSuite, Intacct, QuickBooks, Salesforce, or similar
- Familiarity with payment gateways, tokenization, and reconciliation logic
- Proven track record of delivering complex software projects with external clients and cross-functional teams
- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- In-depth knowledge of payment processing systems and integration methods.
- Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$160,000 plus restricted stock units and benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, position level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and several other factors, including job-related skills, experience, relevant education and training.
