Community Marketing Manager

The Role
F-Prime's tech fund is excited to hire a Community Marketing Manager who will work with key stakeholders to develop and execute community content and marketing initiatives to elevate our brand, drive awareness, and contribute to the success of our portfolio companies. This role is for you if you are a data-driven storyteller, who loves to write and understands how to drive community and engagement through effective marketing campaigns.
This is a high-autonomy role where you will collaborate to identify impactful opportunities and design campaigns to build the brand of F-Prime’s tech fund. You will own and lead marketing, content and events and act as the editor-in-chief for the fund.
This is not an investment-oriented role and is an in-person hybrid role out of our Cambridge, MA office.

What you’ll do:
- Develop and manage our content strategy, devise new ideas, write and edit original content for our blog as well as work with investors on their content development and thematic reports.
- Be responsible for our fund’s newsletter strategy (Fintech Prime Time & Robotics Roundup) and identify creative opportunities to grow our audience.
- Lead the charge of how we can best integrate AI tools into our marketing function.
- Develop processes to help oversee a consistent events experience while also leading the execution of events for our founders, portfolio and communities.
- Support strategic special projects that arise during the year, which could include surveys, reports, new community launches, content (i.e. podcasts), and more.
- Manage F-Prime’s tech fund’s public presence and digital footprint including social media channels.
About you
- Experience building sophisticated marketing campaigns including content and event strategies.
- You are a strong writer and editor with a clear point of view who is able to develop and execute on new ideas.
- Strong understanding of marketing tools and workflows that leverage AI.
- Self-starter, motivated and able to multitask and prioritize workload across multiple stakeholders.
- Passion for the startup ecosystem (Extra Credit: understanding of B2B communication in either fintech or enterprise SaaS).
- You have a minimum of three to five years of work in marketing and events in venture capital, startups ecosystem, or adjacent industry.
