As we expand, we’re seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the charge in hiring exceptional non-clinical talent that supports our operations, culture, and growth. As our Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll own and elevate the recruiting process for a range of non-clinical roles—from operations and HR to client experience and billing. Reporting to the Senior Director of Employee Experience, you’ll partner with hiring managers across the organization to develop thoughtful strategies, ensure consistency in hiring practices, and deliver an outstanding candidate experience.

What You Would Be Doing at Expressable
Develop and lead recruitment strategies that attract high-performing, diverse candidates across corporate and business operations roles.
Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, aligning on role requirements, hiring timelines, and best practices.
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating offers.
Support hiring teams through coaching, resources, and process guidance to ensure inclusive and effective hiring decisions.
Maintain and update our internal Job Description Database and assist with drafting new role descriptions.
Use data and reporting to evaluate recruitment performance, reduce time-to-fill, and enhance the candidate experience.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.
Collaborate cross-functionally on onboarding, DEI initiatives, and employer branding.
Leverage tools like Ashby (ATS), Google Workspace, Airtable, and Slack to manage processes and drive results.
What You Bring to Expressable
5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally within a healthcare or remote-first organization.
Proven success recruiting for a broad range of non-clinical roles (HR, finance, billing, operations, etc.).
Deep understanding of recruiting best practices, federal/state employment law, and inclusive hiring principles.
Track record of collaboration, coaching, and process improvement in a remote environment.
Strong organizational and tech skills—experience with Ashby, Airtable, and Google Workspace preferred.
Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
Nice-to-Have Certifications

AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR)
Certified Professional in Talent Acquisition (CPTA)
SHRM-CP or HRCI PHR/SPHR
