For this position, we are specifically seeking a registered dietitian with broad subject matter expertise in eating disorders and clinical nutrition.

The Senior Program Development Lead will focus on the design, development, evaluation, and implementation of nutrition-related clinical services, standards of care, protocols, and educational materials at Equip. The Senior Program Development Lead will work under the supervision of a Director of Program Development to lead small, cross functional teams in the development of dietary protocols and services. This role will also serve as a project manager, contributor, and subject matter expert for other cross-functional teams and program development initiatives.

The Senior Program Development Lead, Nutrition has subject matter expertise in areas broadly related to eating disorders, nutrition counseling, medical nutrition therapy, and health technology. They should also have a working knowledge of evidence-based treatments for treating eating disorders and common co-occurring medical conditions. They have prior experience working as part of a collaborative team, are organized, proactive, and have a strong, demonstrated track record of productivity.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, evaluate, and implement ideas for care guidelines, clinical protocols, dietary interventions, support programs, resources, or education materials.

  • Prepare strategic development plans for new program development projects.

  • Create/produce content for care guidelines, clinical protocols, dietary interventions, support programs, resources, or education materials.

  • Assist with dissemination/training of new care guidelines, clinical protocols, dietary interventions, support programs, resources, or education materials to provider teams.

  • Lead small, cross-functional project teams as assigned.

  • Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborator on larger cross functional teams.

  • Prepare reports and presentations to communicate status updates and outcomes of program development projects to larger teams and stakeholders.

  • Conduct administrative tasks to support the development or implementation of care guidelines, clinical protocols, dietary interventions, or support programs.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Master’s degree at a US accredited university or college and course work accredited or approved by ACEND.

  • Minimum of 6-8 years experience in eating disorders, nutrition counseling, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated prior experience developing clinical protocols, products, or services.

  • Familiarity with evidence-based eating disorder treatments (e.g., FBT, CBT-E, CBT-AR) preferred.

  • Exceptional communication skills.

  • Excellent project management skills.

  • Proven ability to work comfortably across Google Suite

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven.

  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment, subject to rapid change and innovation.

Compensation & Benefits Package

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $76,000 to $95,000 Annually

    • Bonus: Up to 15% Performance-Based Bonus Potential

Loan Repayment:

Physical Demands

Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
