About the role
A strategic, creative, and self-driven video professional, the Videographer plays a key role in conceptualizing and executing video solutions across a variety of channels. This role works cross-functionally across the company, applying advanced videography knowledge and a deep understanding of Equip’s brand and business goals to bring thoughtful, high-impact content to life. The Videographer has extensive experience in brand storytelling and a thorough understanding of channel and video best practices. They are able to balance creativity with functionality, applying sound judgment and independent decision-making while managing their workload to effectively meet deadlines.
Responsibilities

Strategic Execution:
Take ownership of assigned projects—from concept to delivery—ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
Lead the development of video content to be featured across all channels, including web, email, social media, landing pages, paid media, presentations, sales enablement, and more.
Translate business needs and creative briefs into effective, brand-aligned video concepts and storyboards.
Apply advanced videography principles to deliver work that is visually compelling and performance optimized.
Execute virtual video recordings--providing technical guidance to participants and ensuring high-quality results
Demonstrate expertise across all stages of video production, from concepting and storyboard development to shooting, editing and motion graphics.
Be an inhouse representative of video best practices, sharing strategic guidance and a pulse on new trends and technology

Cross-functional collaboration:
Work closely with stakeholders across Marketing and the broader company to ideate business-aligned video content.
Collaborate fluidly and often with copy and design teammates to produce cohesive, compelling content across our experiences.
Present and explain concepts and content clearly, incorporating feedback and balancing multiple viewpoints.
Professionally and clearly direct video subjects—including patients, providers, and executive team members—with high levels of sensitivity and empathy.

Project & workflow management:
Independently manage and prioritize multiple assignments with varying timelines and complexity, adjusting sequencing of tasks to meet deadlines with minimal guidance.
Maintain organized working files and contribute to systematized design processes, templates, and documentation.
Use independent judgment to navigate shifting priorities and solve day-to-day design and communication challenges.
Perform other duties as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience.
7+ years of videography experience in a marketing environment.
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in all phases of video production.
Solid understanding of how to create brand-aligned video content across all channels, including experience in social media storytelling, both organic and paid.
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and experience working with workflow management tools like Asana.
Experience with motion graphics, animation, and video editing tools (e.g., Premiere Pro).

Physical Demands
Work is performed 100% from home with no requirement to travel. This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
