About the Role

The Chief of Staff, Clinical will serve as the strategic partner to our Co-Founder and Chief Clinical Officer. This high-impact role is designed to maximize the Chief Clinical Officer’s effectiveness by acting as their trusted advisor and thought partner. The Chief of Staff, Clinical, is responsible for streamlining leadership alignment, prioritizing the Chief Clinical Officer’s highest priority focus areas, and enabling the Clinical Leadership team.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a strategic thought partner to the Clinical Leadership team, helping to set priorities, track progress against projects and initiatives, and ensure alignment across the team.

  • Act as the Leadership proxy for the Chief Clinical Officer in key internal and external meetings, and represent the Chief Clinical Officer as a decision maker to drive progress on high-priority items and reporting back synthesized information.

  • Own the coordination and management of the Clinical Department’s OKRs and business reporting (i.e. Quarterly Business Reviews) to ensure alignment of objectives across the Clinical Department and with the overall Company’s goals.

  • Manage the preparation for all Leadership meetings (e.g., Clinical Leadership meetings, Board materials), defining agendas, documenting actionable outcomes, and ensuring accountability for follow-up.

  • Develop and deliver high-level reporting and insights to inform executive decision-making, synthesizing complex clinical, financial, and operational data into clear strategic recommendations.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare, operations, consulting, service delivery or strategy work.

  • Proven success in a Chief of Staff or Strategy role supporting senior executives.

  • Exceptional organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and initiatives and stakeholders with precision.

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and executive-ready reporting.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentations and facilitation.

  • High EQ with the ability to build trust and influence leaders at all levels.

  • Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to thrive in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

Working Hours:

The executive this role is supporting will be working primarily, Pacific Time hours. So the person in this position will need to be available during Pacific Time hours.

Compensation & Benefits Package

Compensation:

  • Base Pay Range: $150,000 to $175,000 Annually

    • + 20% Annual Performance-Based Bonus Potential

  • $50/month stipend added directly to an employee’s paycheck to cover home internet expenses.

Physical Demands

Work is performed 100% from home with some regular travel required (up to 25%). This is a stationary position that requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards as well as to talk or hear by telephone. Sit or stand as needed.
