What is this opportunity?
We are seeking a Part-Time Technical Support Student to join our growing Customer Success team. This role is temporary for six months and provides hands-on experience in supporting a fast-growing health tech startup. Reporting to the Support Team Lead, you will assist with user management, prevent product issues from becoming support tickets, and provide support to ensure smooth operations across our platforms.
Who are you?
You are detail-oriented, highly organized, and enjoy problem-solving. You are comfortable working in a remote, startup environment and collaborating with team members across time zones. You have strong computer skills and are fluent in English to communicate effectively with users.
How will you contribute?
- Manage user accounts, including adding new users and removing inactive ones
- Identify and resolve product failures before they become support tickets
- Communicate with users via email, chat, and Zoom and our Support platform
- Collaborate with the US and Israel teams and report on issues
- Complete security training and use support platforms effectively
- Provide ongoing feedback to the team based on user interactions
What qualifications and skills will help you to be successful?
- Current student or flexible part-time schedule (20 hours/week)
- Strong computer proficiency
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a remote environment
- Comfortable learning new systems and processes quickly
