Job Description

A bit about this role:

At Devoted we provide excellent clinical care to our members through a unique and collaborative approach. As a licensing contractor, you will spend time collaborating with our various providers within Devoted Medical to ensure they are set up to successfully obtain both initial and renewal licenses.


Your Responsibilities and Impact will include:

  • Complete both initial and renewal license applications for Devoted Medical providers (MD, NP, PA) in multiple states in which Devoted practices in.

  • Maintain the credentialing files and required documentation of all providers, to include medical licenses, board certification, professional-liability insurance coverage, DEA, and other pertinent information, per Devoted Medical’s policy and procedures.

  • Assist providers in understanding the licensure requirements in each state.

  • Ensure processes comply with requirements and standards, bylaws, state and federal requirements, accreditation standards

Required skills and experience:

  • You have experience in a fast-paced team environment that requires decision making and problem solving.

  • You have a demonstrated ability to manage and meet multiple priorities and competing deadlines, problem solving and organization skills with attention to details

  • You’re a great team member with a can-do attitude

Desired skills and experience:

  • 4+ years experience in Medical Licensing

Compensation Type: Independent Contractor (1099) – Piece-Rate / Project-Based

Pay Structure: $5,000 - $7,000 per project

Schedule: Flexible / Self-Paced (No set hours; pay is strictly deliverables-based)

The pay range listed for this position is the range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at the time of the posting. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
