Department: Talent Acquisition
Engagement: 1099 Contract Duration: 10-12 weeks (with potential for extension)
Compensation: $65-$100 per hour, depending on experience
Location: Remote

A bit about this role:

We are experiencing an incredible period of growth and are looking for a Contract Talent Partner to join our exceptional talent acquisition team. In this role, you will be crucial in helping us scale by managing the full life-cycle recruitment for a variety of roles across the organization. We are looking for someone who is flexible, embraces change, and is dedicated to creating an outstanding candidate experience

Your Responsibilities and Impact will include:

  • Full Life-Cycle Recruiting: You will own the entire recruitment process for a diverse range of roles, which may include member services, sales, and clinical positions.

  • Talent Sourcing: Like a detective, you will creatively find and engage with talent, demonstrating tenacity to discover the perfect candidate for each role.

  • Brand Ambassadorship: Acting as a marketer, you will tell Devoted's compelling story to the world, attracting people who are drawn to our mission and culture.

  • Relationship Building: You will build strong relationships with hiring leaders, serving as a technical expert and advisor on best practices for writing job descriptions, interviewing, and using assessment tools. You'll ensure a positive experience for every candidate.

  • Expert Closer: You will deliver results and successfully bring top talent to our team

Required skills and experience:

  • 3-5 years of full life cycle recruiting experience in an agency or corporate setting

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience

  • Proven ability to thrive while supporting companies in high-growth stage.

  • Demonstrated success in high volume, high pressure hiring environments

  • Incredible judgement and the ability to balance multiple competing priorities effectively.

Desired skills and experience:

  • Corporate recruiting experience

  • Recruiting experience within the healthcare, insurance, or clinical fields.

Salary Range: $65-100 an hour depending upon experience 1099 contract

Our ranges are purposefully broad to allow for growth within the role over time. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
