Job Description


A bit about this role:

Growth marketing today is a field at the intersection of technology, analytics and psychology. We take an analytical approach to acquiring new customers and delivering business-friendly outcomes.

As a key member of the B2B marketing team, this Manager will oversee operational work across our sales, enrollment, marketing and provider materials. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail and accuracy, a capability for developing and implementing process improvements, strong data manipulation and analytical abilities, and a self-starting attitude. You should have a roll-up your sleeve mentality with a desire to learn, to work across a variety of projects, and to expand your scope by taking on more responsibility.

Your responsibilities and impact will include:

  • Manage sales, enrollment, marketing and provider material operations

    • Manage the development and updates for our enrollment materials web-pages, user-interfaces, and digital kit files

    • Direct the development of key enrollment assets through coordination with subject matter experts and our creative team

    • Coordinate the development of key provider and broker marketing assets

    • Work closely with external vendors to oversee printing and fulfillment activities

    • Leverage data to stay abreast of the latest trends

    • Coordinate the delivery and proofing of critical artwork files to vendor platform

    • Oversee the user settings within our digital storefront platform

    • Address inquiries and provide assistance to team members as needed

    • Monitor inventory and coordinate audits regularly

    • Manage the tracking and validation of fulfillment/storage costs

  • Support key analytical and reporting functions

    • Provide regular reporting updates to key stakeholders across a variety of workstreams

    • Maintain a firm read on trends using our various team dashboards

    • Conduct ad-hoc investigations

    • Utilize data insights to recognize broader trends and share those findings in clear, everyday language

Required skills and experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, operations, or project management

  • Strong analytical abilities and deep experience in using Excel/Google Sheets

  • Strong attention to detail; Able to assess, develop and implement program improvements (process, creative assets, communications, user experience)

  • Able to critically and creatively problem-solve on the fly

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple stakeholders

Desired skills and experience:

  • Healthcare or experience in a heavily regulated industry preferred

  • SQL experience is not required but is a plus


Salary range: $80,000 - $115,000 / year

Our ranges are purposefully broad to allow for growth within the role over time. Once the interview process begins, your talent partner will provide additional information on the compensation for the role, along with additional information on our total rewards package. The actual base salary offered may depend on a variety of factors, including the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, specific and unique skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.
