At Deal Engine, we are looking for our next Product Manager.

As a Product Manager, you will own the vision and definition of your product, as well as its roadmap. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive development, ensuring that our products exceed our customers' expectations. Ultimately, you will be responsible for continuous improvement and success metrics, ensuring that Deal Engine remains relevant to its customers.

What will your main responsibilities be?

• Design and execute the product vision and roadmap.
• Establish metrics to measure success and product objectives.
• Translate business needs into product specifications and user stories.
• Lead product launches with new customers across markets.
• Deeply understand the industry, products, and market needs.
• Lead and manage a team of Product Owners and Project Managers.

What could your day-to-day look like?

• Working with Product Owners and Project Managers to design launch plans and user stories.
• Conducting prioritization and project management sessions with POs and PMs.
• Presenting product development progress and results to leadership.
• Executing initiatives to gather customer feedback.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and propose new improvement opportunities for the product.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Professional proficiency in both written and spoken English.
• Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability and agility.
• Analytical skills and data handling for decision-making.

What requirements are we asking for?

• Experience leading high-performance teams (3+ years).
• Experience managing strategic projects.
• Background in the industry (3+ years), ideally in travel agencies.
• Knowledge of the industry and its various players.
• Nice to have: experience in product roles in prior companies.
