Client Lead - Airlines

At Deal Engine, we use artificial intelligence to automate the travel industry. We are on a mission to make travel easier.

We solve these and more pains! We work alongside airlines (e.g. LATAM airlines) and online travel agencies (e.g. Despegar) and operate in 30 countries (across 3 continents), managing over $4 billion dollars in flight tickets.

What will you do as a Client Lead?

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong business relationships with our clients, ensuring that Deal Engine's solutions generate maximum value for them, guaranteeing their satisfaction while increasing revenue. You will use and develop your analytical skills to seek out and offer the best solutions for clients' needs. You will work hand in hand with the Product and Engineering team to define developments and changes to the solutions for our clients.

You will have the opportunity to grow with us, learning to use new automation and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Enable new strategies to drive revenue and business growth based on data analysis.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients.
  • Ensure our solutions provide maximum value and meet clients' expectations.

Primary Tasks:

  • Understand and develop client needs to create action plans and conduct internal follow-up with the Engineering and Product teams.
  • Manage projects and meet deadlines and SLAs.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients.
  • Monitor and optimize client operations KPIs.
  • Ensure a quick and effective client onboarding process.
  • Optimize operational processes (internal and client processes).

Requirements:

  • High customer service sense.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Represent the company's professional image to clients.
  • Analytical skills and results-oriented.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel.
  • Advanced or fluent level of English.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in tech companies or startups.
  • Fluency in Portuguese or French.
  • Passion for technology and automation.
  • Effective communication with technical and non-technical profiles.
  • Adaptability to change.
  • Knowledge of SQL.
