Cytek is seeking a passionate and seasoned growth marketing manager to join the global marketing team. This person will be responsible for designing, implementing, and measuring growth marketing initiatives to increase engagement, conversion, and revenue. This role requires a strategic thinker who can drive the revenue lifecycle across the organization with a focus on supporting marketing efforts globally.


  • Help shape demand generation strategies while working with the product marketing team to design, execute, and track integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns
  • Develop buyer’s journey and content strategy
  • Lead content creation initiatives such as the development of engaging videos, blog posts, social media content, webinars, and other relevant materials tailored to resonate with target audiences
  • Manage E2E marketing funnel for digital campaigns
  • Deliver analytics to track, measure, and optimize effectiveness and demand conversion
  • Deliver best practices and training to enable marketing and sales peers
  • Develop and implement data quality and enrichment programs utilizing external data sources
  • Work with commercial functions (sales, field marketing, product marketing, field application specialists, etc.) to develop sales enablement programs
  • Assist in identifying and developing effective promotional and sales tools
  • Ability to influence stakeholders in various functions
  • Self-motivated and a driving force of execution in their current or past organizations, able to complete tasks by leveraging relationships and establishing goals
  • Willingness to be flexible and adaptable


  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field
  • 5+ years experience in similar marketing roles
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, operate autonomously and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and other relevant technologies
  • Strong communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, analytical, project management, and planning skills are necessary to be successful in this position


  • Able to travel ~15-20% of the time
