Billing Analyst

Centivo is looking for a Billing Analyst to join our Finance & Administration team! As a member of our Finance Team, this role will coordinate with our Systems Configuration, Client Success, and Implementation teams to assist in a variety of financial tasks that includes client invoicing, third party vendor payments and other finance operational needs.
What you'll do:
Navigate Administrative Services Agreements to determine billing rates
Run monthly adjustment reports and reconcile adjustments to eligibility system
Generate monthly billing reports and audit batches and totals to ensure it aligns with client requests and set up, reviewing for any discrepancies in amounts
Collaborate with Client Success team on renewal rate and product changes and with Systems Configuration to implement said changes in Javelina and Health Rules Payor (HRP)
Compile and distribute monthly reports in coordination billing invoices, adding accounts for stop loss and remittance reporting
Coordinate with accounts receivables team to identify any outstanding invoices and communicate with clients to remit payment

Process manual payments to external vendors through Javelina and Health Rules Payor (HRP)
You should have:
2 years' experience in similar billing and financial roles
High school diploma or GED required, Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
Experience working with highly automated and integrated claim adjudication system required, El Dorado-Javelina and Health Rules Payor (HRP) preferred
Understands health insurance benefit administration in a Self-Funded environment
Intermediate Microsoft excel experience (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
Familiarity with other Microsoft programs including Word, Teams, Outlook
Ability to prioritize and organize own work to meet deadlines
Exemplary customer service skills and attention to detail
