Centivo is looking for a Provider Network Development Specialist to join our team!
As a Provider Network Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying critical hospital-based providers and their respective contacts, working with the Director of Contracting to complete agreements, establishing relationships with new hospital system representatives to identify non-employed providers necessary to build out adequate network(s), and completing all ancillary providers associated with new Wisconsin markets. Additional responsibilities include, oversee the implementation of the agreements & contract compliance, including performance analysis and recommendations for modifications. Additionally, assures the success of contract performance and works through any contract or claims disputes as well as support dispute litigation. The successful candidate will be an Excel guru and have experience in provider network development, strong communication and negotiation skills, and knowledge of the healthcare industry.
The ideal candidate will be an expert in Excel, with advanced knowledge of formulas, functions, and data analysis. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
To be considered for this position, you must have at least 2 years of experience in provider network development.

Location: Remote, anywhere within United States. Candidates located in Wisconsin are strongly preferred.
