Strategic Account Executive
This is not a typical sales role. At Castle, you’ll own new business, expansions, and renewals, but everything starts with trust. We sell technical products to technical teams. That means no pressure tactics, no vague promises, and no “let me loop in someone from product.” You’ll be our only AE for the time and partner closely with our Solutions Architect and Head of Customer Experience to grow revenue by making security teams wildly successful.
What you’ll do
- Own the full commercial motion: new deals, upsells, renewals
- Lead consultative, high-trust conversations with engineering and security leaders
- Partner with Solutions Engineers to deliver frictionless onboarding and sticky adoption
- Drive usage and long-term value by aligning Castle’s products with the customer’s threat model
- Help shape pricing, packaging, and GTM alongside product and leadership
What we’re looking for
- 3-6+ years selling technical software (SaaS, security, or infrastructure)
- Track record of winning trust with product, engineering, or security leaders
- Strategic operator who thinks in systems and plays the long game
- Deep curiosity about the customer’s architecture, goals, and constraints
- NYC-based preferred (Brooklyn office, 3 days/week), but flexible for the right person
